Novastar among Greece’s 30 fastest growing companies for 2022, as published in the new issue of Fortune Greece on 23/12/2022.

Looking at this year's list, the pharmaceutical company FARAN ABEE is in first place in the general ranking with the third highest average rate of change in Earnings before Taxes - Interest and Depreciation - EBITDA (90.8%) and the fifth highest rate of change in turnover (30 .2%) in the period 2018-2021. This particular company offers therapeutic solutions for a wide range of diseases.

In second place in the general ranking is the company GILEAD SCIENCES HELLAS  EPE, which took second place based on the average rate of change in turnover (52.7%) and eighth place based on the average rate of change in EBITDA (57.5 %). It is a biopharmaceutical company with significant growth in recent years.

The company KONTELLIS PAVLOS I. SA, in third place in the general ranking, took seventh place based on the average rate of change in its turnover (26.1%) and fourth place based on the average rate of change in EBITDA (85.3% ). The said company represents important foreign houses in the sectors of agricultural, earthmoving and industrial machinery, commercial vehicles and lubricants.

The company ELEMKA SA took fourth place in the general ranking, as it showed the largest comparative increase in its sales by 67.7% and its profitability by 48.6% in the four years, as a result of the significant expansion of its operations.

In fifth place in the general ranking we find ISQUARE SA, which achieved the third largest increase in the average annual rate of change of its turnover (33%), while its profitability increased by 47.7%. It is one of the leading companies in the trade of technology items in Greece and Cyprus.

The company SIDIREMPORIKI MACEDONIAS SIDMA METALLURGIKI ANONIMI ETEIREIA is in sixth place and more specifically in 12th place based on its turnover change (20.8%) and in fifth place (79.6%) based on its profitability (EBITDA). It is one of the leading companies in the trade and industrial processing of steel products.

In the seventh place of the general ranking is the company KORINTHOS POWER SA, as both the average annual rate of change of its sales and its profits (EBITDA) in the last four years recorded an increase of 22.7% and 50.2% respectively. The company operates in the electricity sector. The company ISMAILOS, ANT. SA, is eighth in the general ranking, as it showed comparatively the biggest increase in its profitability (204.6%), and its turnover increased by 14.6%.

The presence of the food industry sector is dynamic with NOMIKOS DELTA ABEK (11th) and ARIVIA ABEE (12th). Finally, the Electrical and Electronic Equipment Trade sector is represented by GLOBALSAT SA in 17th place and NOVASTAR LTD in 18th place in the general ranking. These companies have shown strong growth over the last 4 years.
